5 Vladimir Central Prison,Russia

The prison was built in 1783 for housing political prisoners during the Soviet Union era , but nowadays the prison is overcrowded and disease infested prison and known for the sadistic abuse that the inmates receive for the guards. Prisoners were beaten so severe that they have to be dragged back to their cells, while some results deaths. And some time they are also ordered to beat each other.

4 Nairobi Prison,Kenya

The prison when built,in 1911, was for 800 prisoners and by the 2003 the prisoners increased to 3000 becoming the most overcrowded prison in the world. The congestion also brought problems with hygiene, sanitation and prisoners have to struggle physically and mentally. Prison cells were full of human waste ,filth, and reek of sweat.

3 Tadmor Military Prison,Syria

Located in Palmyra Syria with inmates of 4500 was built in 1980 where no Human Rights are honored. Torture , hangings, beatings , axe chopping are common in the prison. Guards are give unlimited power in what they can do to prisoners and death can be ultimate price for the inmates anytime. Inmates are oftem beaten and dragged their bodies on ground until dead.

2 Gitarama Prison , Africa

Situated in Kigali, Rwanda ,Africa  , prisoners were so overcrowded and inmates sometimes bites chunks of meat from other inmates to kill the hunger. Designed for 300 people is now crowded by 6000 inmates. Gangrene is common in the prison and inmates have no option but to stand all day and all night  and many suffer from rotting feet.

5 Leogane, Haiti Jan 12 2010

A 7.0 magnitude earthquake hit Haiti near town of Leogane. It caused major damage in Port au Prince,Jacmel and other settlements near the regions. Notable building in the city were destroyed. Death toll reached 316000, and about 85,000 of unpublished deaths and number of displaced persons at 895,000.

4 Rudbar, Iran June 21 1990

The quake of 7.4 caused damage within 100 kilometers of the epicenter’s radius near the city of Rashi, and about 200 kilometer northwest of Tehran. It destroyed more than 700 villages across cities of Rudbar, Manjiil and Luhsan. The earthquake cause 40,000 fatalites, 60,000 injured and 500,000 homeless and loss of $200,000,000.

3 Izmit, Turkey August 17 1990

The 7.9 magnitude quake struck northernn Turkey for about 3.7 seconds. The death tolled 17,127 and injured about 50,000. Izmit was badly damaged and left no home untouched. 120,000 poorly engineered houses were damaged and 50,000 heavily damaged , 2000 buildings were collapsed and made 300,000 people homeless. 

2 Maule, Chile February 27 2010

A magnitude of 8.8 on the moment magnitude scale, with intense shaking lasting for about three minutes and it ranked as the sixth largest earthquake ever to be recorded by a seismograph. The earthquake triggered a tsunami which devastated several coastal towns in south-central Chile and damaged the port at Talcahuano. Tsunami warnings were issued in 53 countries, and the wave caused minor damage in the San Diego area of California. The earthquake also generated a blackout that affected 93 percent of the Chilean population and which went on for several days in some locations. 370,000 homes were damaged and death was of 525 as announced by authorites in Jan 2011 and 25 were missing.

1 Nepal Earthquake 25 April 2015

A 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal in Barpak Gorkha district west of Kathmandu,with equivalent power of 20 thermonuclear weapons. The devastation claimed the lives of at least 9,000. The devastating quake also destroyed major monuments such as the Dharahara, temples and world heritage sites near Kathmandu.

It is believed that in next 15years from 2015 all the glaciers will be gone. The National Park is known for retaining all of its plant and animal species; however this is going to change along with the ecosystem when the glacier-fed cold water is gone.

1 Jon Brower Minnoch (1941 - 1983)

This man if from Bainbridge Island, WA and was 6ft 1 inch tall . He wieght 1400 lbs (635.0293kg) in 1979. At that time he required about 13 people just to roll him to his bed. He passed away on September 10, 1983 weighing 362 kilograms or 796 pounds. Minnoch was the father of two children by his 110-lb wife, Jeannette.

2 Manuel Uribe(1965)

He was man from Monterrey, Mexico, notable for suffering for the extreme obesity and he is well known for it in history. He reached a peak of 597kg ie 1320 lb at a time in 2001 . He got world wide attention in 2006 in TV shows and lost about 182 lbs ko weight with the help of doctors and nutritionists. In 2009 he was falsly reported as dead but as of 2012 he reached the weight of 440 lbs.

3 Michael Hebranko ( 1953 )

He was suffering from an extreme case of morbid obesity, known to be one of the heaviest people in the world. He was recorded 910 lbs ie 411kg and he dropped to 90kg with in 19 months form his waist from 110in to 36 in.He got the Guiness Book of World Records for having highest record of weight loss in 1990.He also appeared on TV talk shows such as The Howard Stern Show and the British chat show, Wogan, in 1990.

4 Robert Earl Hughes (June 4, 1926 – July 10, 1958)

Robert Earl Hughes was, during his lifetime, the heaviest human being recorded in the history of the world. Hughes' excessive weight was attributed to a malfunctioning pituitary gland. His chest was measured at 3.15 metres (10.3 ft), and he weighed an estimated 486 kilos (1,070 lb) at his heaviest. At the age of six, he weighed about 92 kilos (200 lb); at ten, he weighed 171 kilos (380 lb). By the time of his death, he weighed over half a ton.

5 Donna Simpson (1967)

She desired to be one fo the world's heaviest women in 2008 and wished to attain 1000 lbs ,450kg. As of June 2010 she got 273kg (602lbs). She maintained a website where her fans can see her watch eat and she also got World Record for the heaviest woman to give birth.In 2011 she reduce herself to 170kg for raising her children.

1 This was in 1919 , in World War I, in a group photo shoot,taken at HMS Daedalus training facility. Freddy Jackson, an air mechanic who had perished in an accident only tow days before appeared in the photo as of ghostly figure.

2 The Tulip Staircase Ghost

It was 1966, retired clergyman Rev. Ralph Hardy was taking a picture of the spiral staircase (known as the "Tulip Staircase") in the Queen's House section of the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, England, when he captured this image. Experts analyzed the original negative and verified that it had not been tampered with or manipulated in any way.

Is is believed that it was a photo proof for Queen's House ghostly encounters were real, the footsteps, slamming doors, voices chanting of children which were often heard.

3 The Brown Lady of Raynham Hall

This image was taken in 1936 and captured by Captian Provand and Indre Shira and is one of the most famous ghostly image of all time though it takes third place in this list. Photographers were visiting Raynham Hall in Norfolk, England , to take picure for Country Life magazine. Lady Dorothy Townsend, descending the staircase.

4 The Back Seat Ghost

It was in 1959, Mabel Chinnery took a picture of her husband, who was waiting alone in the car, when they were visiting the grave of her mother. 

Later when the image was developed the image in back seat was her mother who she had just visited.

A photographic expert who examined the print determined that the image of the woman was neither a reflection nor a double exposure, even going so far as to stake his reputation on the fact that the picture is genuine.

5  The Watertown Ghost Faces

In 1927, James Courtney and Michael Meehan were killed by gas fumes while cleaning a cargo tank aboard the SS Watertown. A freak accident. Caught en route between the Panama Canal and New York City, they were buried at sea and the ship sailed on. But days later, crew members reported seeing unmistakeable faces on the water’s surface — the faces of James Courtney and Michael Meehan. The captain took several photographs, and the one you see above contains their ghostly faces.
